Our Vision
Where wellness is defined by those who live it, care is both evidence-based and culturally responsive, and narratives around our health are written by us, for us.

Who We Are
At hey.RMDY, we’re not outsiders looking in—we are the community.
We’re mothers navigating postpartum, patients who’ve sat too long in waiting rooms, aunties holding it all together, queer and non-binary people demanding care that fits us, and caregivers balancing everyone else’s needs before our own. We’ve lived the gaps in the system. That’s why we built something different.
Our strength lies in truly embodying the communities we serve. We’re providers and patients. Millennials and Gen X’ers. First-time parents and chosen family. And we understand the needs of women, families, and communities—because we are them.
